How to set printer default settings?

Hello, people, and Merry Christmas.
Using: Version: 24.8.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 48a6bac9e7e268aeb4c3483fcf825c94556d9f92
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 26100); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

My Calc spreadsheet file has 26 worksheets, each representing one printed page.
How can I set the printer defaults to 0" margins, and Landsape mode,
so that I don’t need to reset that stuff before printing each page?
Thanks.

It seems like you want to use a page style. See if this fits the bill:

  • Open the styles sidebar (F11 or View>Styles)
  • Click on the third icon below Styles in the sidebar header, a page icon
  • Right-click below any listed page styles and select New…
  • Name your new style
  • Click on the Page tab of the dialogue and set the desired margins
  • Click Ok
  • Select all the pertinent sheet tabs at the bottom of the Calc window by clicking the first then shift-clicking the last (you can scroll the tabs as needed). Ctrl-click individual tabs if they are not all together
  • Double-click on the new style name now listed in the Styles sidebar

Now, if you decide you need some other printing format later on, you can right-click the new style in the Styles sidebar list, select Edit Style, and change all the pages however you need to with one go.

Thanks for that reply, Joshua.
Sounds like what I would like to do.
I did View > Styles > Page Styles page icon > New > NewName >
and then you say:
“Click on the Page tab of the dialogue and set the desired margins”
I do not know where is that mentioned “page tab”.

AND, I think I found a LibreOffice bug:
While looking at a worksheet,
Toggle Print Preview (Ctrl-Shift-O) > Format Page >
and it then thinks: PORTRAIT orientation is more Horizontal,
and LANDSCAPE orientation is more Vertical.
That ain’t right. Should that be reported as a bug?

Thanks.

p.s. How to attach a picture to a forum post?

Does this help?
