The document I have open has 5 pages (“slides”) but only one is visible. There is no obvious way to toggle to the next slide. There are greyed out |< < > >| buttons next to the “layout” tab at the bottom, but greyed out so don’t do anything. Clicking the “layout” tab brings out the greyed out message “no selection possible”.
There are identical buttons in the Presentation toolbar and in the Form Navigation toolbar. You can choose menu View
- Toolbars
to check which one of these toolbars are showing. The tooltip for the leftmost button in the Presentation toolbar is To First Slide, and in the Form Navigation toolbar is First Record. But it puzzles me that in the Form Navigation toolbar there is no Slide Layout button.
Although the slides are hidden, the buttons in the Presentation toolbar will not be grayed out.
By the way, PgUp
and PgDn
changes to previous and next slide. And Ctrl+Home
and Ctrl+End
to the first and last.
Can you share your LibreOffice version and operating system? To do that, choose menu Help
- About LibreOffice
and copy from there.
Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
