In my Base report builder the zoom functionality stay grey/inactivated. Event the Ctrl+scroll does not work.
How to fix this problem ?

The only zoom access in Report Builder is through the menu - View->Zoom->Zoom or you can set a shortcut key to it through Tools->Customize on Keyboard tab.
