How would I go about automating these numbers?

So that when I duplicate the page, the new page would generate the next numbers and so on?

There is an assistant to produce labels.

Other Option would be to use Calc,
but you could also use a table in Writer and
use Formulas.

My Suggestion would be to check the docs for labels first.

Within the labels, what are the necessary configurations to produce that?

• Open a new document
• Toggle numbered list on (F12)
• Type and select a space
• Choose menu Table - Conver - Text to Table… - OK
• Choose menu Table - Insert - Rows…, for Number: write n-1, OK (n being the rows number)
• Choose menu Format - Columns… and for Columns: write 2, OK
• Change row size, cell borders, paragraph indent, page margins, etc.
