It says 7.1.3 but when installing it says 7.1.2 and the installation is aborted

So does it pronounce it aloud: “Seven dot one dot two!” and then show “the installation is aborted” dialog? Or is there some specific thing - maybe allowing to copy/paste exact text, or create screenshots to demonstrate - and that way help people help you?
