There is no chance of getting hyperlinks in a document for other indexes beside the table of content.
When reading the document on a computer/tablet, it would be nice to be able to click on the items in an alphabetic index or image index.
It isn’t possible. Was possible in the past, but nowadays this feature only works for TOC.
