I’m not sure if Menu/Format/Clone formatting, is what you are looking for?

The symbol (paintbrush) is usualky visible in the symbol bars. Maybe in your case the Symbol bar is switched off.
Maybe you can upload a screenshot of your Calc and also name version of LibreOffice as well as the language you use for menue.
Menu View - Toolbars - Standard.
