The printer responds to command to print as paper goes through but it is blank.
Hello - you have a problem and are looking for help. That’s what this site is about, but please understand no one willing to help is able to provide a sound answer without some information about your environment. Thus please provide:
- Operating System (Windows, Linux, macOS) and its version?
- LibreOffice version?
- Printer Type / Model
- Do other applications print
- Did you already try to reset your user profile?
- Did you try to start LibreOffice in Safe Mode?
Sorry. I have windows 10 and use an Epsom Stylus D92 printer. I have Libra Office 6.2. Funny enough some pictures printed from my picture file via Libra Office Drawing but now I cannot print anything from anywhere. The printer receives the command and paper feeds through but there in no actual printing on it?
Can you type some text in Notepad and print it? If it doesn’t print and it was printing before and the ink has not run out in any cartridge then I would say that the printhead might have failed. Check Epson manual or on Epson website to see if there is another possibility.
Sorry Earnest I should have come back sooner. The problem was solved when I got a new printer. Also if your printer has a few names you have to put in the name that works.
