I cannot start LibreOffice in Windows11

I have just installed the latest version of LibreOffice. When I run:

C:\Users\micro>“C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.bin”
CreateDevice failed: -4

But

C:\Users\micro>“C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice_safe.exe”

works with no errors.

How? (Uninstalling leaves your LO-profile for the next version intact - usually a good thing.)

Likely needs Skia HW support disabled.
