I don't understand this syntax in a calc formula

I’m editing a spread sheet I created and some cells have content like this, that I don’t understand.
=E34-$‘Qty ~8000’.D28
I can’t find any info on how to understand this.

This sheet’s cell E34 minus cell D28 on the sheet named ‘Qty ~8000’.
Sheet names are in single quotes if they contain spaces or symbols that are relevant in formulas. This one contains a space and the tilde which is an operator.

Thank you, I just figured that out.
