I downloaded the Help file, A pop-up wants to know what file to open it with. Help

I don’t see any instructions from the download page. The pop-up wants to know what to use to open the LibreOffice Torrent file. The default, “Applications\firefox.exe (default)” does not work. It just flickers, and then jumps back to the same place.

I’d appreciate the help so I can get Help on my LibreOffice without going online…

What is the extension of the downloaded file? Why not download direct from LibreOffice site? (3.1 MB)
What is your operating system.

Thank you. I found what I did wrong from your comments. I clicked the source instead of the executable.
