I have a fairly simple name and address LO Database, but have a handful of records that appear in Form and Report format but not in Table format. Is there an easy remedy for this? Thanks.

A few records are appearing in Form view and printing in Report format, but do not appear when I view the Table.

More information is required.

  1. Does your database only have one Table? If not what are the Tables and how are they configured?
  2. Are the Forms and Reports based on a Table or a Query?
  3. Is there anything unusual about the records that do not appear in the Table view?

The database has only one Table; the Forms and Report are based on the Table; nothing apparently unusual about the missing records. I appear to have resolved the issue by reinstalling LibreOffice; if this proves not to be the case I will return to this thread. Thanks for your response.
