I have a list of names and information arranged in a table. How can I sort the names (and info.) alphabetically?

I have tried going to ‘Sort’ but been told that it’s not possible unless it is just the names. Do I have to remove the table somehow?

• select the cells you want to sort
• Tools -> Sort ...
• Define the Sort Criteria
• Click OK
