I have a weird black overlay over my Libraoffice toolbar, why?

so i tried to open Libraoffice only to discover this all over my to old bar:

I don’t know what the heck is this “Reshade”.
but it just wont disappear and i cant make it go away.
i tried to uninstall it. but it doesn’t appear in “Add or Remove programs”

What is goin on and how do i fix it?

Try clicking Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View and unticking Use Skia for all rendering.

If that doesn’t work then edit your question to add your operating system and version of LibreOffice. Also, if you have any LibreOffice themes in use, or have set high contrast or other effect on LO or your OS
