Hello,
I have recently added to a file then forgotten to save it, the computer was then turned off at the plug. Is there any way of recovering it?

if you had activated [menu - tools - options - load/save - general - save autrecovery information every: …] there is a good chance writer will give you back some or all of your changes,

if you hadn’t … maybe you can frickle with some temp files … but such needs specialists …

Odds are next to nothing. If the auto backup feature was activated, you may have some copy of your file but it depends on many factors.

The directory where backups are stored is given by Tools>Options, LibreOffice>Paths, “Backups” line.
