I have just downloaded and installed LibreOffice v7.0.1 to my laptop but text is not displayed

When starting Libreoffice I just get a screen with no text except underscores where text should be
My laptop runs Windows 10 and is powered by AMD A(-9420 Radeon R5,5 Compute cores 2C+3G 3.00 Ghz with 4.00 GB (3.89GB useable).
64-bit operating system
x64-based processor.
I have downloaded the package onto my desktop and it runs without a glitch (so far!) so would very much like to have it on my laptop also.

What should I do to make it work?

Problem solved by playing around.
Solution:
Start Libo in safe mode (7th item on help menu and accessible from initial screen)
Disable hardware acceleration
Hit Apply changes and Restart

Problem solved!
