I have found no satisfactory tutorial on this
I think mine is up to date in 2020 and all the vids are for older versions.
I just want my title page through Forward to have no headers, then page 1 to start in left&right style on the page after my Forward.
There are already many questions and answers to them on this topic. Try to query for words like headers, page styles, no headers and the like in the search box at top of page.
Meanwhile, read Pages without enumerate, most recent question on the subject. It is not exactly your concern but a good starter.
