How can I leave the first three pages and the last five pages of a libreoffice document without enumerate?
thanks in advance
Enumerate??? What do you mean? Pages without page numbers?

yes, is Pages without page numbers
You defined your document as having the specified structure as follows:
- an initial part (cover, dedication, …) made of unnumbered pages
- the body part elaborating on the topic with numbered pages (starting at 1)
- a final part (TOC or index, back cover, …) made of unnumbered pages
This definition calls for different page layouts. A page layout is associated with a page style. A page style describes margin sizes, header and footer activation, number of columns, type of page numbering and many other parameters.
The body can be formatted with Default Style as it is presently. You have to create two custom page styles, one for the first part (name it Front) and one for the last part (name it Back).
Strictly speaking, you could do with only one extra page style for both parts but using two, you have more versatility because the part formats become independent from each other.
Once the styles are created, their names will be listed in the style side pane (F11
). The page styles are shown when you click on the fourth icon (looking like a small page) from left in the style pane toolbar.
- put the cursor in the first part, double click on style Front
- put the cursor at the very beginning of the first paragraph of the second part
-
Insert
>Break
>Other Break
- select style
Default Style
from the drop-down menu - tick Change page number and enter 1
-
- put the cursor at the very beginning of the first paragraph of the third part
-
Insert
>Break
>Other break
- select style
Back
from the drop-down menu
-
Your document is now structured. Set the headers/footers in the various parts.
