I love the daily tips. However, sometimes I forget to write them down for future reference. Is there such a thing as a file that has all of them that I can use as reference?

afaik tips of the day of the day are hard coded into the program and the only reference is the source code or file cui.mo in ../program/resource/<lang>/, if your are using a language different than English.
May be this file could help: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/69498/37/cui/inc/tipoftheday.hrc (as far as I understand that’s the source code).
Almost… that’s the change of the first addition of that file. The always current revision is https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/cui/inc/tipoftheday.hrc (note the URI gets a ?r=... added in the browser to point to the very revision at that point in time, which I omitted here for the always current revision).
