I want to use LibreOffice Draw to produce an A0 size document. It will be sent away for printing, but how can I preview it? Thanks

I have set the page setup to A0 but cannot find a way to see it in preview before printing. Any suggestions appreciated.

Draw has no print preview - you may consider the Draw page being the preview itself. Everything you see will be printed and if you need to see the whole page - you need to zoom (on my screen zooming to 18% makes the whole A0 page visible).
