I was writing out minutes of meeting in font size 12. All going well then suddenly the letters became huge. tried to restart failed so saved what I had done.. Cant reopen file. Screen says header default style.. Can't get started again

Want to write a letter

Try:

1. Press F11 to bring up styles and formatting. Right click on Default Style, Select Modify. Check that the font size is 12 point. If you change it, click okay to close dialog.
2. Select your text (either one word, sentence or entire paragraph), then double click “Default Style” or the drop down menu for styles (in upper left menu area). This will set the Style back in case it became something else.
3. It’s possible the font was overidden by selecting a larger font. Then item 2 won’t change. Reselect word sentence or paragraph, then right click, select clear direct formatting.
4. Perhaps check the zoom level. In the bottom right hand corner there is a slider button and a % number. Maybe it got inadvertently clicked on and it’s at 500%. Slide to the left to set at 100% or your desired zoom level.
5. The “Header Default Style” refers to the header (the top 1" or 2.5cm of the page) that would be repeated on every page. If you have not set a header, this shouldn’t matter, but will be there so you can add a header easily.
6. Click below the “Header Default Style” area to be able to type.

I’m not sure what happened when the file was saved or not saved.
