Looks like we might need more context to answer this question.

1. I don’t know of a specific template for making printable sheets for DVD cases (assuming that’s what you want to do).
2. Assuming you have a template in Writer, if you have a multi-column section and want to add content to a 2nd column, just add hard returns until your content wraps to the next column.
