Icons blurred on Ubuntu 20.04 with 4k

Hello friends, on my ubuntu 20.04 with gnome desktop I’m unable to get the icons in libreoffice in high dpi resolution on my 4k display. I already tried Colibri and Colibri (SVG) set without luck. The icons always looked blurred. In fact the Colibri set has better quality then the svg set which does not make sense to me. Also I played with graphics output settings (hardware acceleration, anti-aliasing) without any effect.

I found that generated .png files in ~/.config/libreoffice/4/cache has the same bad quality as displayed in the application. So my guess is that libreoffice does not recognize my resolution/scaling settings well and therefore generates wrong cached .png files? Any ideas?
