Icuuc54.dll problem

Installed LibreOffice_5.1.6_Win_x86.msi on my computer (Window 7 x64 SP1). When trying to start any Libre application, I get this error message:

which in English means:

Entry point “?getBuffer@UnicodeString@icu_54@@QBEPBGXZ” in DLL “icuuc54.dll” not found.

So I’ve searched for “icuuc54.dll” on my computer and I found these two instances (none related to Libre):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\icuuc54.dll

C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs\Topaz Impression 2\icuuc54.dll

So obviously Libre is trying to use a DLL which is not part of Libre. Why?

How can I solve this problem?

However, in this directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreOffice 5\program

there are these similar files:

icudt56.dll

icuuc56.dll

icuin54.dll

Maybe one of these is the file Libre is looking for?

I solved the problem with these 3 steps:

• FIRST, renamed the files:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\icuuc54.dll

C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs\Topaz Impression 2\icuuc54.dll

to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\_icuuc54.dll

C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs\Topaz Impression 2\_icuuc54.dll

• SECOND, uninstalled LibreOffice 5 and then reinstalled LibreOffice_5.1.6_Win_x86.msi (Repair does not work)

• THIRD, reversed the renaming from step 1
