I'm using a MacBook Pro. When I try to save a document from LibreOffice Vanilla (6.0.1.1), I can't see all my folders. Is there a setting I need to change?

I am using LibreOffice Vanilla 6.0.1.1 on a MacBook Pro. When I save a document, only some of my folders show up. Often I have to save a document under a folder where I DON’T want it and then move it later.
