Image Control Issue in dialog

Win10 LO7.1.4 HSQL2.51

Hi

Having trouble displaying an image in a dialog, Works ok in design and preview but does not show at runtime.

The image is linked with the correct path, yet when going back to the design the url has changed. See images below

Anyone familiar with images in a dialog?
