Import csv file from bank into existing spreadsheet columns based on text in cell in csv

sample csv to use in libreoffice calc.xls (9.5 KB)
I have a file(.csv) that I want to import into a spreadsheet. the spreadsheet will have columns titled “AUSTRALIANSUPER” or something else meaningful to me and I want the import to detect whether that text value exists in the incoming row and move the value in the next cell down in that column. I’m trying to import a .csv file of transactions from a bank into columns in date order but also in columns that correspond to categories of money out or money in. If this is possible for starters then that would be a great start. if there is one already done or close to being done that anyone knows is available then it would be even better

There also a number of LibreOffice extensions when I search for “budget”, Extensions » Extensions

you can try to get familiar with the numerous basic tutorials, e.g. Using LibreOffice for your open source budgeting tool | Opensource.com

but probably better to jump right away to something more dedicated like https://www.gnucash.org/
