I am trying to import a csv file residing on my Android tablet’s internal storage. Using File/Open in Calc on my PC I locate the file on the tablet and specify ‘Open’ but nothing appears on the blank spreadsheet. A typical line in the file looks like this:
4,John,Smith,,,1,M,N,1,1,4,1924-05-14,2016-11-13,johnsmith@yahoo.com,Santa Barbara,N,D,Sr.,2017-11-03,bill12
I get no error msgs. Can anyone suggest a reason for this behaviour?
First copy the CSV file to the PC.
