Impossible to vertically center in table, font gets cut

Im having some issue while styling a table, it seems that I’m unable to set vertical align, although I set center it is ignoring it, was able to set it only for one row. The Google font “Oswald” gets cut, I tried to make the row double but still gets cut. Curiously the vertical alignment “bottom” is working fine, but still cuts the text.

Many details are missing in your question: first OS name and LO version. Next your procedure.

The best way to diagnose the issue is edit your question to attach a sample file (the one corresponding to the screenshot is OK). Attaching a file is done with the paperclip tool in the toolbar. Note you can’t attach to a comment, you must edit the question.

@ajlittoz I was able to fix, the issue I had was resolved by copy/pasting from a correct cell and then deleting the text, I have no idea what caused it so found a workaround.
