Impress doesn't start a new paragraph when pressing Enter

I’m using Impress 6.4.6.2, Build ID: 1:6.4.6-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 and when I press Enter in the text box, it just goes into new line (same as shift+enter would). If I use bullets, indents, etc, all lines in the text box are affected as they are a single paragraph.

Am I missing something here, is it a setting, or is it a bug?

Nvm, fixed it - I was using title box for the whole content (apparently title text box doesn’t have paragraphs).
I just had to remove it and draw another text box (F2).
