I have the latest version of Impress and have imported the K-Lite codec pack.
MP4 videos load into impress but will not play.
I am new to Impress , so I am probably missing something obvious. Can any one suggest what I might be doing wrong?

Can you play that video outside the Impress on your PC? What media player are you using? Do you have the appropriate codec (codec pack) on your PC?

No problem playing outside Impress. I use VLC video player and all is well when playing with VLC.
I’ve installed the K-lite codec but no others. Is there anything else I should install?
