Manjaro Linux with KDE Plasma desktop running the X display server.
Impress slide show is set to full screen (Start from First Slide) after I select to only screen share Impress in Zoom settings. It will not show or record Impress in full screen.
Is this a Zoom issue or an Impress issue? Is there a setting I can change to display and record my Impress presentations in full screen on Zoom?

Not sure if I understood well your question.
You must start the presentation (F5), then in Zoom you ask to share screen, and choose the window with name starting with Presenting: and the name of your file.
That option isn’t available. There is no “Presenting” option in Zoom. I can choose the Impress slides that I have open to share, but it won’t display or record in full screen as noted above.
I think there is a bug here. In previous versions (Zoom and LibreOffice) I can switch from Impress to Zoom with Alt+Tab. Not possible now. Must resort to Ctrl+Alt+Del, instead.
I don’t see that Presenting option. What operating system are you using? I’ve noted mine in original post.
Previous screenshot is from Windows 10 and Zoom 5.9.1.
I’m running Linux, so the options may be different.
