In numbering, how to put sublevel in same line with empty level?

I am using LibreOffice Version: 5.2.5.1
This question is about numbering in Writer.

Here is an example of what I need, please look for item number 2(a):

1.  Satu
    (a) satu
    (b) saya sayang ALLAH

2.  (a) Dua, dua
    (b) sayang Rasulullah

3.  Tiga, tiga, sayang ibu ayah. Satu, Dua, Tiga sayang semuanya

This is not possible with LibreOffice numbering system. Regardless of whether a list item contains text or not, it is considered full list item, so no moving of following subitem up is performed.

You could propose an enhancement, but you should consider not only the appearance of result, but also user interactions with such lists. E.g., what to do when you change your mind later and decide to put text to 2 (maybe cursor should be placeable between 2. and (a)?); what to do if user formats sublevels so that they vertically overlap with previous level markers? etc.
