In WRITER, What is the easy way to export my list of "recent documents" in some kind of text fie (not PDF)

I have set my list of Most Recent Documents to the maximum (is it the max?) 100 Documents.

Now, I want to have a file with all the list of the 100. How do I do that? (please text file and not PDF)
