Hello. I have a problem with LibreOffice v5 (I tried 5.1.1 and 5.1.3). I am aware that it was asked before, but solutions offered in there are not helping me. Problem is occuring in Writer and Impress afaik.

For some reason only dialogs that are meant to do something with the document are utterly slow to load. LO preferences window shows up instantly.
What i tried:
- updating gpu drivers
- forcing opengl usage
- disabling Java environment
- disable/enable openCL
- recreating profile
- reinstalling
- swearing
PC specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad
GPU: MSI GForce 750Ti
System: Windows 10 - ver 1511
