I’ve set 1,5 lines spacing. But, it doesn’t work. Every time I save and re-open LO Writer, the indent and spacing in my document always change.
How to solve it?

I save in MS Word file format.

Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues.

Usually it’s enough renaming/deleting the file “user/registrymodifications.xcu”, it affect all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files “user/basic/dialog.xlc” and “scrip.xlc” are overwritten, additionally custom colors in “user/config/standard.soc” are lost.
Just to troubleshoot, try copying the text into a new blank document and set the indent? Does it work?
It doesn’t work. I’ve copy these strange texts to new document, save it in .docx format and name it new name.The same problem still appear.
Mmmm… Is it bug for LO?
