Insert audio/Video file that can be played in Microsoft Office.

I use LibreOffice in my laptop. But the documents I create need to be viewed in Microsoft Office because they are used in other people’s computers. Whenever I insert and audio o video file into a presentation, it won’t play or even appear when opened in Microsoft Office.

Is there a way to save the changes and that these can be compatible with Microsoft Office?
