Inserting a chart into spreadsheet

If I create a spreadsheet then add a chart then add further rows to the spreadsheet, eventually the spreadsheet will ‘crash’ into the chart.
This situation occurs because the chart remains a fixed distance from the top of the page rather than a fixed distance from the bottom of spreadsheet.
Is there anyway that I can insert a chart so that, as I add more rows to the spreadsheet, the chart automatically moves further down the page.
At the moment, as the spreadsheet grows (more rows are added) I have to manually reposition the chart.

It’s good practice to place a chart beside the visualized data. You may create a wide, otherwise empty column for it.
I can’t imagine a good reason to place a chart below the data, but if you want to do so. you should anchor it to a cell some rows below, and create new data-rows by inserting them above your chart.
