Hello. In Calc, I used to insert a percentage symbol after an entered number by Format/Cells. Then under numbers click on percent, then put a reverse slash between the number and % to get a figure that was the same as on my spreadsheet, not one that had digits inexplicably added.
I recently downloaded a newer version of Calc and went to do as described and got a Euro currency symbol instead. Is there a new way of doing this or is this a bug on the newer version?
If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
Please edit the question to include an example of what is being entered into the cell, the LO version, and file format. Thanks.
Are you including a space between the number and the backslash as indicated in the example on the Number Format Codes page?
