Installation damaged?

First I tried 5.0.5 and then 5.1.2 . In both cases I got the answer “… damage… move to trash…” .
( I used + open+ click when I tried to open the application.)

I have OS X 10.11.4 on a MacBook Pro (from 2010) 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3.
I have reinstalled 4.4.5.2.

Can you specify what you mean by “tried”? (What’s obvious to you, may not be so to others.)
