I’m having problems installing Libreoffice 4.0 with the following error message.
error 1310.Error writing to file: C\Config.Msi\bdb5d2d.rbf. Verify you have access ti that directory
Can anyone advise what I should try next?
I stopped the idrive service and was able to install without a problem. Don’t have idrive? Can’t help you

Sounds like your user might not have permission to write to a particular directory/file on your computer.
Are you trying to install LO 4.0 as an Administrator?
I’m no techie, I’m fairly certain I am the administrator. How do I run it as administrator in windows 7? (I’m fairly sure in earlier windows versions it was an option on right click.)
