I stopped the idrive service and was able to install without a problem. Don’t have idrive? Can’t help you

Sounds like your user might not have permission to write to a particular directory/file on your computer.
Are you trying to install LO 4.0 as an Administrator?
I’m no techie, I’m fairly certain I am the administrator. How do I run it as administrator in windows 7? (I’m fairly sure in earlier windows versions it was an option on right click.)
