I keep getting an error 2503 how can I solve this?
You didn’t say what operating system you use but let’s assume Windows.

Probably, it means that LibreOffice cannot write to folders that it needs to write to. Did you disable anti virus before trying to install LibreOffice?
Add it is a Windows error, not a LibreOffice error, you could see if Microsoft can help, for example, Redirecting
