Where are the Manual Uninstall Instructions?
Normally you don’t need to uninstall LibO when you install the next version. However, I experienced a problem when upgrading from v3 to v4 runing Windows XP/SP3. Solution was a complete uninstall and new install of v4.
As you did not inform on your operating system (OS), the following can only be very generic.
- Open LibO Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Pathes to see where your LibO Application folder is located - make a note!
- Follow the normal procedure of your OS to uninstall an application like LibO
- Rename the LibO Application folder so that LibO can create a new one
- If all is running you can try to copy folders from you user profile in the old LibO Application folter into the new user profil in the new LibO Application Folder. Do this step by step to see how LibO behaves.
