iam getting this error when i instal the pakag

after i run the command

i downloaded the .deb pakage
then extract the pakage
then i instal it using “sudo dpkg -i *.deb”
i get error
i try to update using "apt-get update "
it find that some pagaes not fully installed
then i use the command to fix this pakages “sudo apt-get install -f” it will remove the damaged pakages
same steps on virtual machin using Kali linux it will work from the first command and no need to repair any thing
