Installing LibreOffice shows only optional components and languages

I tried to install LibreOffice on my laptop and when I select custom installation, it shows only the optional components i.e no writer or calc, and languages. I removed the previous version of LibreOffice I had, and cleaned the registry. Didn’t help.
What could cause this? It perhaps worth mentioning that I have Microsoft Viewers installed and Outlook 2013 as well. But those never bothered it before.

Please, what you can not do?
