I updated to Libre 7.3, and now it won’t start. How do I fix that?

From where did you download LibreOffice?

General Installation Issues (Windows)
I’m guessing failure to inactivate Win defender may have caused the problem. I’ll do that and then download 7.3.
Turning Win Defender Firewall off solved the problem. I looked for a warnig that Defender should be off, but did not see it. Thanks you all for your help!
