In LO 7.4.3.2 —Tools>Options>LanguageSettings>Languages, is English the only UI language available?
No, there are many other user interface languages. If you didn’t add them during install then you could add them now.
For Windows go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, find LibreOffice, right-click it and select Change. In the dialogue click Next in the following pane select Modfiy then click Next, in the following pane, Custom Setup expand the User Interface languages option and select the ones that you want and follow through to Finish.
