No. Why do you think this might be the case?
Edit: If there are macros in a file, LO will ask you if you want them disabled (or words to that effect). Similarly with MS documents - where the macros may not work in LO anyway.

Can it be dangerous to run a macro from a file I get?
Yes, but… There is always a slight risk to everything you open; less on *nix than on Windows. Apply the usual rule - do you know where the document came from and do you trust the sender? If in doubt, disable and ask the provider, and look at the macro.
