I have long used a system to partially automate my reports. I first insert and input field, and then using the cross reference tab I set that field as the Reference field, then where I want the contents repeated I insert a reference. This however this system makes the second field only one line deep. I want to use a system that means I insert a block of text (address block) at the top of the report and then have that address repeated elsewhere in the document.
Can any one help?
