Is it possible to add to installed LO the updated auto-correct list that I have published?

I have posted this: Bug 155087 - Autocorrection in Romanian applies to existing words. I have come up with a solution by modifying that auto-correction list for Romanian.

Is it possible to add the changes in my currently running version of LO (7.5.2) by maybe adding/pasting the DocumentList.xml file that I have edited and which I have locally?

Changing manually all the entries in auto-correction settings is cumbersome (I have already done that to fix the bug).

In Linux it’s ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/autocorr/acor_ro-RO.dat.

In Windows: C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\share\autocorr

Rename extension of dat file to zip, extract and replace the DocumentList.xml file, then reverse the procedure to recreate the dat file (archive files to zip, then change extension to `dat).
